Tekenpunt is an architecture firm from Amsterdam working across the Netherlands. Since 2016 we have delivered over 800 permit-ready construction drawings for roof extensions, dormers, extensions and complete conversions. Our drawings are not meant to end up in a magazine. They are meant to to be approved. We know the assessment frameworks, we know where municipalities reject applications and we design around those issues upfront. That saves you months of delay and often a second application.
We work remotely for clients across the Netherlands, from our office in Amsterdam. We manage the drawings and permit file digitally, and submit the application to your municipality. This way you get the expertise of a specialist firm without having to leave your home.
