Three fixed packages per renovation: Drawing (the building drawing), Drawing + structural calculation (plus the structural calculation by our own structural engineer) and Complete (plus submitting the environmental permit and handling municipal questions — municipal fees are settled directly with your municipality). Yes. After a free intake you receive a fixed price in advance, with no additional billing. You pay what was agreed, even if the work turns out to be more involved.

The starting price is the drawing work: the permit-ready building drawing (package Drawing). Want the structural calculation or the environmental permit too? Choose package Drawing + structural calculation or Complete; those are shown above.
Q03What's included in package Complete?
Package Complete is the drawing, the structural calculation and submitting the environmental permit via the Omgevingsloket, including support with municipal questions. Only the municipal fees are paid directly to your municipality.
Q04What does express cost?
For rush we charge +30% and for extra rush +50%, on top of the regular drawing work.
