Q02Do I always need a permit for a renovation?
Not always. Some works are permit-free, others require a building permit with an aesthetic review. We check this in advance per municipality, so you know where you stand.
Q03What does a renovation drawing cost?
From €595, depending on the type of renovation and its scope. You get a fixed price in advance, with no additional billing.
Q04How long does it take?
We deliver the construction drawing within 0-3 weeks, or 0-2 weeks on an urgent basis. The permit procedure itself takes eight weeks for a standard application (Environment Act).
