Construction drawing
Dimensionally accurate floor plans, elevations and sections that your contractor can work from immediately. The foundation of every renovation and your permit application.
Building permit
We prepare the complete application and submit it to your municipality. Including aesthetic review and coordination. 90% is approved first time.
Structural calculation
Strength calculation for beams, steel girders and load-bearing walls, verified and KIWA-compliant. Required for wall openings, build-ups and structural alterations.
3D visualisation
See your renovation in realistic 3D beforehand. Useful for making decisions and for bringing neighbours or the aesthetic review on board.
Express (0-2 weeks)
In a hurry? With our express service we deliver your drawing in 0-2 weeks instead of the usual 0-3 weeks. At a surcharge on top of the service fee.

Yes. You can order just a construction drawing, just a structural calculation or the complete package. We advise which documents your municipality needs for the permit.

A construction drawing starts from €595. A complete set with a 3D render and aesthetic review from €1,495. You always get a fixed price in advance, after a free intake.
Q04Do you work across the Netherlands?
Yes. We do the draughting work digitally and remotely, and submit the permit to your municipality. We know the aesthetic review policy for each municipality.
