Construction drawing
Dimensionally accurate floor plans, elevations and sections that your contractor can work from immediately. The foundation of every renovation and your permit application.
Building permit
We prepare the complete application and submit it to your municipality. Including aesthetic review and coordination. 90% is approved first time.
Structural calculation
Strength calculation for beams, steel girders and load-bearing walls, checked by our own structural engineer. Needed for wall openings, roof extensions and load-bearing alterations.
3D visualisation
See your renovation in realistic 3D beforehand. Useful for making decisions and for bringing neighbours or the aesthetic review on board.
Spoed (tegen meerprijs)
In a hurry? With our rush service we deliver your drawing faster than regular, for a surcharge. A surcharge applies on top of the service.

Q01Which services does Tekenpunt provide?
Construction drawings, building permits, structural calculations, 3D visualisations and express drawings, throughout the Netherlands. Everything from a single provider, with a fixed price agreed in advance.
Q02Can I order individual services?
Yes, standalone services are possible. But if you often choose the combination, a package is better value: package Drawing + structural calculation includes both the building drawing and the structural calculation, package Complete also includes submitting the environmental permit. See the packages on our pricing page.
Q03What does it cost?
A construction drawing starts from €349 incl. VAT. The Complete package starts from €879 incl. VAT (add 3D visualisation separately). You always get a fixed price upfront, after a free intake.
Q04Do you work across the Netherlands?
Yes. We do the draughting work digitally and remotely, and submit the permit to your municipality. We know the aesthetic review policy for each municipality.
